Ooh-de-Lally a Dining Profile

Ooh-de-Lally is a restaurant opening this week in the Dundee neighborhood in midtown Omaha. It will occupy the space of a pre-pandemic favorite Mark's Bistro. The team is brining back a few of Mark's favorite menu items that have locals clamoring to make reservations. The restaurant serves more than food - a higher purpose of providing career training and opportunity to formerly incarcerated persons.
I love this concept as much as I love the iconic picture windows of the restaurant, the smoked chicken lasagna and whiskey bread pudding back on the menu.
