HR Professional
My name is Veronica Wortman Ploetz and I am a certified Human Resources professional (PHR) and experienced team leader. I currently work as an HR Business Partner, working closely with two departments at one of the nation's most beloved railroads. In this role I develop HR strategy and deploy company initiatives. Previously, I led of a team of six training managers to deliver nine leadership learning classes and manage a 20 room employee development center. During my tenure in the training organization, I was honored to be a part of an award-winning team.
