Unpacking Christmas decorations is a fun treasure hunt each year. This glass tree is always top of stack and among the first items placed on display. 

Our family received the tree as a gift from my parents the first year my husband and I were married. It was made near the town where my Nana lived until she was three years old. While she immigrated to America as a child, our family stays connected to cousins in Mure di Molvena, Italy. 

Parise Soffieria is an artisan glass studio in Marostica, Vicenza, Italy. Since 1964, Giovanni Battista Parise, transformed Pyrex glass tubes into stunning works of art using the lamp torch technique. This glass tree and ornaments are from the Natale Collection.
